Where should I start if I’m not sure what I need?
Start with an introduction. You can select “Not sure yet” and talk through your situation before choosing a service or package.
Can I change the level of support later?
The scope can be reviewed as your business changes. Any changes to services, responsibilities and fees should be agreed in writing before they begin.
Can you work with my existing accounting software?
Discuss your current system during the introduction. Compatibility, access and any migration work are agreed as part of your scope.
Do I need to pay before the first conversation?
The introductory conversation in this demo is complimentary. Ongoing work starts only after the scope, fee and engagement terms are agreed.
What should I bring to the first call?
A brief outline of your business, your current accounting setup and what you would like help with. No confidential records are needed for the initial conversation.
Are tax filing and audit included?
Not by default. The engagement must state exactly which services and jurisdictions are included. Year-end preparation is distinct from filing, legal advice and audit.
